The JP-TPH-01 sensor for temperature, pressure, and humidity improves your system's accuracy. By compensating for the refractive index of the surrounding air, it enables precise adjustment of the He-Ne beam wavelength from the 5517B laser head. When connected to the JP-LEN-01, it delivers real-time data on temperature, pressure and humidity for wavelength correction.
